The Easter Bunny has arrived !!

Hello Everyone,

Well, maybe not the Easter Bunny, but definitely the Angora Bunny!  This warm and wonderful yarn is 75% wool and 25% Sheared Angora, so it will be super warm and supple with a lovely soft halo. Plus, with 480 metres in 100 grams, you will be able to make several items from each skein.

We have made a cowl and we are now working on some great little fingerless gloves and will still have yarn left from the skein we are using.  They are not finished yet but thought you would like to see them!!

Hand dyed in Nova Scotia, this yarn comes in a wonderful array of colours and neutrals....fabulous for cowls, hats, fingerless gloves, or a lacy summer shawl for those cooler evenings...there is even a lovely shade that would make a stunning wedding shawl for that special bride!

At $24.00 for the dyed colours and $ 19.99   for the neutrals...this is a great deal on a great yarn!

Happy Knitting,

Lynn

Tired of Pills!!

Hello everyone!

While we all know that some pills can be good for us, the ones we find on
our knitted garments are definitely not fun, lol! But there is a better
solution than ones I have used in the past, which included snipping them off
bit by bit with my manicure scissors, or actually shaving them off with a
razor, yikes!! Or using those battery fuzzy busters that seem to eat your
sweater!!

And here it is!

With its own little carrying/storage pouch and several different blades, this
product really works quickly and easily to restore your lovely hand made
items back to their original state. It also makes a great gift for the
knitter in your life!
And it is Canadian to boot!! Here is a link to a  youtube video all about it

Just a reminder that the latest rug Hooking magazine is in stock...It is
just chock full of great articles, wonderful photos and terrific tips on
dyeing and finishing. Pop in and be inspired!

Happy knitting and rug hooking
