Knit along for The “ Baa- Ble Hat “
This will be a quick little knit along maybe just a couple of weeks. Everywhere I look I keep seeing this hat on the internet!! So I think we need to knit it!! Will be fun to see what different colour combos we come up with.
You can see it here on Ravelry  baa-ble-hat
We will be doing this hat starting next Wednesday February 3rd. 1 pm to 3 pm. This takes four colours of yarn and you certainly can use Cascade 220 , you might have some colours already leftover from one of the other projects we have been doing.  It takes very little black , so maybe we can split skeins of it. They call for 4mm and 4.5mm  dpns.
I think you should be able to use circulars for most of it , if you have 24” or 16” ones. They have talked about this hat being rather big and I know I knit loose so I will be going down a needle size or two. I will most likely use 3.75mm and 4mm for mine. So bring whatever needles you think might work for you.
As with all knit a longs, there is no charge but I do ask you to buy your yarns from me for it or use ones leftover from other projects we have done.  Please let me know if you will be joining us as always space is limited.

I just wanted to thank everyone who has handed in hats for the  "25,000 Tuques Initiative",  please keep them coming!! This is an on-going project, and as soon as we have some more collected, she will come and pick them up again.

I also wanted to let you know that I have received another order of Hedgehog Fibres! This yarn flies out the door so fast that some of you never even got to see it!!
Along with lots of colours of the Sock yarn (400 metres,90% superwash merino, 10 % nylon @ $34.00 a skein), I also received several colours of the Skinny Singles, (366 metres,100% Merino wool @ $34.00 a skein).
